Use of cookies:

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our wesite. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are divided into the following groups:

Transient cookies (temporary use)
Persistent cookies (temporary use)
Third-Party cookies (from Third-Party Providers)

Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include in particular session cookies. They store a so-called session ID, which can be used to assign various requests from your browser to the shared session. This enables your computer to be recognised when you return to our website.

Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.

Third party cookies are created by another website. They are used, for example, by advertisers who use cookies to collect user information through their advertisements on other sites. These are records that are stored in the user's browser when he visits a page with the advertisement. If the user visits a page with advertising from the same provider again, he will be recognized. One example of this is the Facebook Like buttons. When using this button, a cookie is set which can be read by Facebook. Such a cookie is referred to as a third-party cookie.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cook-ies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally and activate automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Flash Cookies/HTML5 storage objects

Flash cookies are not captured by your browser, but by your Flash plug-in. We also use HTML5 storage objects, which are stored on your device. These objects store the required data regardless of the browser you are using and do not have an automatic expiration date. If you do not wish the Flash cookies to be processed, you must install a corresponding add-on, e.g. Better Privacy for Mozilla Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or the Adobe Flash Killer cookie for Google Chrome.
You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using the private mode in your browser. We also recommend that you regularly delete your cookies and browser history manually.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from http:// to https:// and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter there will be stored by us to process your enquiry. The data necessary for the processing of your inquiry are marked separately, all other data are voluntary.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal e-mail notification to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will be stored until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after the processing of your request has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

Web analytics

This website uses the web analytics tool "Google Analytics", a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. The purpose of this use is to "tailor" this website to meet your needs by weighing up your interests. Web analysis also enables us to detect and correct errors on the website, e.g. due to incor-rect links. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. So-called "client IDs" are used, which serve to create pseudonymous user profiles that jointly record the use of the Internet pages by desktop computers and mobile end devices by a user.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, since we have activated IP anonymization on this website and have concluded a corresponding contract with Google, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other con-tracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Google in the USA is certified according to the so-called "Privacy Shield" (list entry). Google guarantees an adequate level of data protection.
You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en). Alternatively, you can - especially with mobile end devices - prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will then be set to prevent your data from be-ing collected in the future when you visit this website: Deactivate Google Analytics For more information about the Google Analytics Terms of Use and privacy notices, please visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Web Fonts

We use so-called Google Web Fonts on our Internet pages. In the process, Google loads fonts from servers that serve to improve the design of the website. The data processing takes place on the basis of a weighing of interests, whereby our interest consists in an appealing organization of the Internet side. The relevant fonts are loaded by Google servers, which are usually located in the USA. The appropri-ate level of data protection is guaranteed by Google (list entry "Privacy Shield").

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google") to display interactive maps and to create directions. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy retrievability of the places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data processed may include, in particular, IP addresses and location data of users, which are not collected without their consent (usually within the framework of the settings of their mobile devices).

The data can be processed in the USA. Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/, Opt-Out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use the reCAPTCHA function of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google") on our website. The purpose of the query is to differentiate the input by a human being or by automated, mechanical processing. Your input will be transmitted to Google for further use. In addition, the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service will be transmitted to Google. This data is processed by Google within the European Union and, if necessary, also in the USA. For data transfers to the USA, the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision, the "Privacy Shield". Google participates in the "Privacy Shield" and has submitted to the requirements.
The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in the legitimate interest of protecting our website from automated spying, misuse and SPAM.
Further information about Google reCAPTCHA as well as the corresponding data protection declaration can be found at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html and https://www.google.com/privacy.
